Short history:

Huge number of wounds sustained over both hindlimbs and body after going through a fence on 24th June. Mostly all superficial and all on limbs left to heal by second intention. After initial cleaning and investigation, have kept bandaged (changed q 2 days). At bandage changes have flushed with saline and dressed with manuka honey. Now large area of skin has sloughed, leaving healthy granulation tissue underneath but concerned is about to become proud. Large volume of thick yellow discharge but no smell, heat or swelling associated with wound.

Have attached wound on day 1 (black floor in background) and today (concrete in background). Finances are limited in this case.
